Rachel Raynes has been practicing law for over 10 years. She began her career representing indigent clients in civil cases as a Staff Attorney with Southern Arizona Legal Aid before moving on to the Arizona Attorney General's Office where she gained valuable experience in child support law as an Assistant Attorney General. She then spent six years as a Deputy County Attorney learning the ins and outs of criminal law, particularly in DUI cases before serving as a Legal Assistance Attorney at the Fort Huachuca Office of the Staff Judge Advocate helping soldiers, retirees, and their dependents with their legal needs.
Rachel Raynes received her Bachelor of the Arts , History from the College of William & Mary in 2011 before attending West Virginia University College of Law and earning her Juris Doctorate in 2014. She has been admitted to practice law in Arizona since 2015.
Rachel Raynes is actively involved in the local community. She has been an active member of the Sierra Vista Sunrise Rotary Club since 2018 and currently serves as the President of the Cochise County Bar Association.
